All our products are manufactured in our Strasbourg workshop or in collaboration with our partner workshops in France.
Our flagship material, Zébucq, is entirely designed in our Strasbourg workshop.
The raw coconut fiber comes from Madagascar. We buy it from Soavoanio, the world's largest coconut plantation, located in Sambava, a small coastal town in the northeast of the island.
Transportation is by boat or plane, depending on quantity.
For other materials and accessories, we work with French and European suppliers.
You'll find most of the products in the VAZANE collection in our e-boutique.
If you can't find the product you're looking for, please contact our Customer Service department. Our advisors will help you place your order.
All our items, except for the ephemeral collection, are only available by pre-order or customized on request.
The lead time for a pre-ordered piece is 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the model.
The time required to manufacture a customized part varies according to the request. It will be communicated to you when the quotation is validated.
Orders and payments
Your payments are encrypted and secured by 3D secure.
For any changes or cancellations, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. You can place a new order at any time.
If your order has already been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel it. You can return the product within 30 days of receipt.
To do this, simply contact us by e-mail at hello@vazane.com, stating your order number and the reason for your return. We will then send you our agreement for the return.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was delivered. The product must not have been worn. We reserve the right to refuse the return of a product that does not meet the above conditions.
Products customized at your request cannot be taken back.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver the products to the delivery address indicated at the time of ordering.
We deliver mainly to France and Europe. For other countries, please contact our Customer Service.
After manufacturing, delivery times are 48 to 72 hours in France, and 5 to 15 days for international deliveries.
Standard shipping is available within France and the European Union.
Shipping options vary from country to country.
This information can be found on the product page and is also communicated during the order process.
Please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. Once the parcel has been sent, it will no longer be possible to change the delivery address.
Feedback & Discussion
Returns are free in France. Returns abroad are at the customer's expense.
You have 30 days after receipt of the order to return or exchange your purchase.

Customized models cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Warranty & Maintenance
We have an after-sales service that will repair your VAZANE. This is a one-off service, subject to the discretion of our technical department. This excludes normal wear and tear, abnormal use and accidental damage.
However, if necessary, we will do our best to repair it, if you wish, at a rate that will be communicated to you during the request process.
It requires no special maintenance. If necessary, you can dust it with a brush or a non-abrasive cloth.
When not in use, store your bag in its pouch. Avoid crushing it with a heavy object, as Zebucq is a material that quickly takes on the shape imposed on it. Pressure on the bag could alter its shape.

The "Zébucq"
Yes. Contrary to what its texture might suggest, Zebucq is soft to the touch.
Made from a ribbed fiber, Zebucq is more extensible widthwise than lengthwise. It does not support friction. This characteristic has been taken into account in the design of our models, to ensure the longevity of our products.
Zebucq tolerates occasional moderate contact with water (rain, splashes). Prolonged contact should be avoided, as this could cause irreversible damage.
Yes, the fiber has been crafted to last over time.
Personalization
Personalization is limited to colors, materials and accessories (chain, shoulder strap, handle). Engraving is also available for certain models.
Customization may require additional research and development.
The deadline varies according to the request, and will be communicated to you when the quote is validated.
